"Good deals when I remember the coupons"
I’ve had decent luck shopping at Jayc, especially when their weekly sales line up with stuff I actually buy. I use the digital coupons here and there, and they definitely help save a few bucks. Of course, I have a funny way of remembering the great deals and somehow forgetting how clunky the app can be until I’m standing there trying to make sure a coupon actually came off. Most of the prices are okay, I just wish the whole coupon setup was a little smoother.

"Store felt dirty"
I stopped in the other day, or maybe it was last week, just to grab a couple things, and the place felt grimy.
There were sticky spots on the floor, some of the shelves had dust on them, and the carts didn’t look like they’d been wiped down anytime recently. The bathroom was definitely the worst part.
I’m not expecting everything to be spotless all the time, but it really seemed like cleaning had been skipped for a while. It made me second-guess buying anything fresh there

I usually don’t mind ordering from here, but this time a few items just didn’t taste fresh and something felt kind of off. It gave me the impression they might be cutting corners to save money, which is disappointing because the quality really wasn’t there.

The selection was disappointing. I kept searching for basic stuff I needed, and most of it just wasn’t there. It also kind of felt like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer trying to find help or get what I came for

"Prices felt a bit steep to me"
I gave JayC Food Stores a try because I needed groceries and figured it might be convenient, but the prices threw me off quickly. Some items were okay, and then I’d click on something basic and think, wait, I usually pay less for this somewhere else. And that was before adding in any fees, which made it feel even less worth it.
I don’t want to say everything was bad, because the site worked fine and a few things weren’t too crazy, but the overall value just didn’t do it for me. Maybe if there’s a good sale or you’re in a pinch, sure. But for regular grocery shopping, I’d probably look elsewhere unless the prices come down.

"Wrong items and missing stuff again"
I ordered groceries from jaycfoods.com, the order was far off from what I picked. A few items were completely wrong, and two things I already paid for just weren’t in the bags at all.
No one gave me a heads-up about substitutions or anything, so it just showed up like that. Which is frustrating, because when you plan meals around specific stuff, it throws everything off. Like, great, guess dinner is vibes now.
I get that mistakes happen, and I’m not trying to be dramatic, but this was way too much for one order. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless they seriously get better about checking and packing orders.

I keep trying to use jaycfoods.com for regular grocery items, but it’s frustrating because the website will say one thing and then something else happens later. Sometimes it shows items as available, I add them to my cart, and then suddenly they’re missing or marked out of stock. Other times it just says basic stuff isn’t available at all. It makes it really hard to plan a grocery order when you can’t trust what the site is telling you. At this point, I’d rather shop somewhere that’s more reliable.

I had a bad experience with their customer service. I asked what seemed like a simple question, but I got passed around to different people or departments or whatever, and then they just kind of stopped replying. It was more hassle than it was worth.

"Not fresh at all"
The food just didn’t seem fresh. It showed up kind of limp, and there was a weird smell to it too. I tried to give it a chance, but yeah… definitely not something I’d order again

"Okay pharmacy, just a liiittle slow"
I stopped by the Jay C pharmacy to pick up a refill, and it was mostly fine. The staff was nice enough, so no complaints there, but the wait ended up being loooonger than I expected. I had to ask twice if it was ready, which was a bit frustrating. The price seemed fair though. Overall, not bad, just not the smoothest experience

"Rewards didn’t really feel worth it"
Well... I signed up for the loyalty rewards thinking I’d actually save a little money, but it hasn’t been that great. A lot of the time the deals either don’t show up right or they’re so small they barely make a difference. It gets frustrating checking for discounts and then still ending up paying regular price. Just doesn’t feel worth the hassle to me...

I placed an online order for pickup thinking it would save me time, but it ended up being frustrating. The website let me add items that apparently weren’t even in stock, and I didn’t find that out until I was already there, which really set the tone for the whole experience.
A few things were missing, the substitutions didn’t make much sense, and trying to get a refund took way more back-and-forth than it should have. The staff didn’t come across rude exactly, but the whole interaction felt kind of dismissive, like it was just my problem to deal with. I wouldn’t bother using the pickup option again.

"Checkout was painfully slow"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout took so long that I ended up giving up before I even paid. It was frustrating, and it makes me wonder how reliable the whole site is if something as basic as checkout doesn’t work smoothly.

"Substitutions were a little hit or miss"
Overall, the order was fine, but some of the substitutions were kind of questionable. A few swaps made sense, but others were not really close to what I picked, which is always a little frustrating, you know? I get that items run out, but I wish the replacements had been a bit more thoughtful

I had another pickup show up late, and it really threw off my plans. I need a service I can count on when I’m trying to stick to my schedule, and this just hasn’t been reliable enough for me.

"Captain Customer Service Could Try a Little Harder"
The cashier barely said hi and the whole checkout felt weirdly awkward. Not asking for a parade or anything, but a tiny bit of friendliness from the 'Bare Minimum Greeter' would've been nice
